Orders can be placed during business hours (Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 17:30) by calling the phone numbers listed on the website.
You can order the necessary goods through the website at any time of the day, on weekdays and weekends.
We will call you back as soon as possible after placing your order during business hours, or in the morning of the next business day (if the order was placed outside of business hours).
Nova Poshta: delivery to the branch
We deliver orders to all active Nova Poshta offices in Ukraine. Delivery costs are according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
Nova Poshta: targeted delivery in Ukraine
Nova Poshta can deliver your order to the address you specify according to the carrier's tariffs. The cost of targeted delivery will be higher than at the post office, but such delivery saves you time and effort.
Importantly! You need a passport to receive an order worth more than UAH 5,000.

We provide an opportunity to purchase the desired product using the “Payment by installments” service from PrivatBank or monobank. With this type of payment, the buyer does not overpay for the use of credit. Additional funds may be charged by your bank if the payment is repaid with credit funds (PrivatBank 4%).

Receiving the paid product:
1. If the payment was made by an individual, the product can be received only by the individual who made the payment. If the recipient is another person, it is necessary to provide a written confirmation from the payer indicating all personal data of the recipient (name, passport number, phone number).
2. If the payment was made by a legal entity, the goods can be received by an official representative of the legal entity with a power of attorney or a company seal. Another person can receive the goods if his data, as well as the right to receive, are indicated on the official letterhead of the legal entity and certified by a signature and seal.
In the case of sending the goods through a third-party carrier (for example, "Nova Poshta"), the recipient is obliged to provide original documents confirming his right to receive the goods.
