Head of the foreign trade department
Requirements for the candidate:
- at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- high level of knowledge of customs legislation and foreign trade procedures;
- knowledge of the mechanism of procurement/delivery of goods and the principles of commodity accounting;
- a high level of English language proficiency is required;
- higher education;
- experience in companies that sell electrical products (a significant advantage)
- experience of working with China as a supplier is required
Main functions:
- Procurement of goods (preparing and placing orders, controlling the timing of readiness, tracking production stages).
- Organizing and controlling deliveries (controlling the cost of importation, choosing a delivery channel, controlling the movement of goods).
- Control of supporting documents (export documents, certificates, processing of supplier invoices).
- Organize a supply chain with new suppliers/destinations.
- Price control in the carrier market, optimization of the company's expenses.
- Control of mutual settlements with suppliers.
- Dealing with claims: defects, shortages.
- Preparation of reports for the manager.
- Preparation and approval of foreign trade agreements and documents.
- Координація і взаємодія в питаннях планування та проведення імпорту/експорту.
Sales Representative
Requirements:
- residency in the USA (Texas) is mandatory.
- work experience in American companies is a must.
- proficiency in English at an Advanced level is required.
- knowledge of computer skills and software is mandatory.
- experience in online sales and marketplaces is welcomed.
- ambition and a commitment to professional development.
- strong administrative skills.
- excellent active communication skills (email, calls).
- executive and responsible attitude is crucial.
- mobility is a must
Responsibilities
- execution of management tasks.
- internet research: analysis of the English internet space, platforms for product sales, market competitors, searching for collaboration services, and warranty service for equipment.
- finding dealers and distributors in the USA.
- marketing support, translating leaflets into English.
