Low-speed reliable deutz engine
The modern low-speed Deutz 1500 rpm engine provides optimal performance, has an increased service life for long-term use, as well as economical fuel consumption, making the German brand power stations one of the most cost-effective units. The electronic engine speed control system is a computer-assisted automatic engine speed controller that quickly responds to load changes, improves the quality of the electric power produced by the power station and guarantees the most stable frequency of 50 Hz.
Water cooling
The water-cooled engine system ensures reliable operation of the unit and prevents premature engine failure. The efficient cooling of the engine allows this generator set to be exposed to high ambient temperatures.
Preheater
The engine preheater facilitates the start-up of the power station with no load on the engine, even in sub-zero temperatures during the cold season. The system automatically pre-heats the engine's water jacket to the required temperature and maintains the engine temperature to facilitate the engine start-up in any weather.
CAPABILITY OF ATS CONNECTION
It features the capability to connect the ATS (automatic transfer switch) system. The unit automatically starts the generator and switches the load to it when the main power supply is disconnected and automatically stops the generator when the central power supply gets restored.
Digital controller
All operations are controlled via modern multifunctional digital controller. The controller provides monitoring of all operating indicators of the power station, convenient start-up and operation settings, monitoring of the battery status, engine speed and fuel supply adjusted to the load, and protection against overheating and low oil level. It also signals possible faults and reports the need for service maintenance.
Soundproof anti-vandal housing
The high-quality sound-proof housing provides significant noise reduction during unit operation, improves the thermal distribution and protects the power station against ingress of moisture and condensation, exposure to adverse weather conditions and tampering. Special galvanic coating adds to the wear resistance, durability, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, thus greatly extending the unit's service life.
In addition, the low-noise low-speed engines mounted on anti-vibration pads contribute to quieter operation and reduce the load on the base.
The power station has an emergency stop button for quick engine shutdown in an emergency.
Easy maintenance
The housing has openings for transportation aids, facilitating shipment, transportation, and installation of the unit. Wide doors allow easy access to unit parts during maintenance.
Commissioning in europe
Könner & Söhnen diesel power stations undergo pre-commissioning preparation and test start-up with control of compliance with all parameters of correct operation in Europe at our in-house service center. A special loading bench is used to check the power output of the power station in different operating conditions and to fine-tune the electronics control unit.
